4. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on customisation requirements and stock availability. Specific timelines are confirmed at the time of order.

5. Cancellations

Once production has begun on a customised order, cancellations may not be possible or may incur charges. Cancellation terms are agreed at the time of order confirmation.
